Welcome to BeChazak. By shopping on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products

All items are made-to-order through our print partners. Product colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly from the mockups shown on the website.

2. Orders & Payments

Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options offered through our platform.
Once an order is placed, it begins production immediately and cannot be edited or canceled.

3. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and production volume. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

BeChazak is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or weather-related delays.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because each item is printed just for you, we only offer returns or replacements if the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the defect

Approved cases will receive either a replacement item or a refund.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Normal wear, shrinkage, or color variation
Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please check the size charts before ordering.

All designs, text, and artwork on this site are the property of BeChazak and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BeChazak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website.
